Dishes from USSR & All the Best from the Last Year at Bruder Restaurant

New Year vacation is the best time for long family gatherings at the restaurants. For this reason the Chef of Bruder restaurant Evgueny Cherednichenko has worked out a special menu with dishes from the former Soviet Union republics.
Nostalgic dishes from the USSR are especially demanded during New Year’s vacations when we want something delicious and homemade. The Chef recommends to go heavy on the Russian salad with veal tongue, copious shurpa, veal meat balls wrapped in cabbage topped with morel sauce, homemade raviolis with sour cream and adjika. Besides, on January 1st-15th from the New Year’s Day until the Old New Year’s Day the Chef Evgueny Cherednichenko offers guests a selection of the best dishes from the last year.
It includes octopus with warm potatoes in nut seasoning, Mozzarella with tomatoes topped with Pesto sauce, beetroot stewed with nut parfait, salad with stewed duck, Nicoise salad with fried tuna and beef roll with dried tomatoes.
