Mandarin. Noodles & Ducks Restaurant – New Project from Alexander Rappoport
Almost at the same time with the Kitayskaya Gramota Restaurant in Barvikha, Alexander Rappoport opened another Chinese restaurant called ‘Mandarin. Noodles & Ducks’ together with Giya Abramishvili and Vladimir Kudryavtsev.
The menu has two main ingredients – noodles and ducks. Totally there are over 50 kinds of Chinese noodles, unique in its simplicity, however each kind is undoubtedly a small culinary masterpiece, and also about 30 ways to cook Chinese duck from Beijing duck reached its perfection to delicacies not seen yet in Russia, such as duck tongues or century duck eggs.
Syui Lei has been appointed as a chef of the new project. He is one of the most remarkable chefs, as apart from working in so many restaurants, Lei also consulted Kitayskaya Gramota and Black Thai.
Among alcoholic positions you can find both strong classic for men and fancy romantic shakes and shorts for groups of friends, good European wines and many other drinks. In the Asian tapas menu there is a list of bar appetizers developed by Alexander Rappoport’s team. In the evenings the musical atmosphere is created by modern DJs and Moscow celebrities.
