Restaurant Skala (Rock)

Special hospitable atmosphere can be felt in places located in residential districts. There is a home-like cosy restaurant in Otradnoe. In the Skala (The Rock) Restaurant, situated in Dekabristov street, you will find warm reception, rich table, perfect service and quiet atmosphere.

One can feel cordial atmosphere in the red hall. Live music is on at nights; time flies and you forget about your troubles at a beautifully set table and a warm and quality chat. The turquoise hall next door is full of air and light. White and light blue decorations, elegant drapes, classical columns – everything gives the feeling of calm. The red and turquoise halls can be transformed in a single banquet area; it is possible to invite up to 200 guests at once.

Luxurious golden hall with mirror walls designed in elegant olive and golden tones is popular among frequenters. It is completely isolated from other rooms, that is why it is an ideal place for banquets, wedding parties, anniversary events and social parties.

The menu is rich and full of delicious dishes - European, Caucasian and Russian cuisines. Popular salads, fish and aromatic meat, juicy vegetables and greens are served in the restaurants. Dishes cooked in a saj (a metal plate widely used in Azerbaijanian cuisine) deserve special attention: country-style meat, dzhyz-byz (veal liver and heart stewed with potatoes and onion), govurma (mutton, tomatoes, onion, potatoes). Rich section of grilled dishes includes nearly all sorts of shish-kebabs: lamb, pork, veal, sturgeon, roasted lyulya-kebabs. Famous Azerbaijanian, Russian, European wines help to enrich the meal.

In the Skala big events are organized in best Russian traditions and in Caucasian style. Goose baked with apples, starlet and porkling can be found in the banquet menu.

Business lunch including salad, main course, hot dish and drink is available at 180 rubles. 

When booking wedding party the newly wedded couple is presented with 3 kg of cakes.
