Roll with smoke fish
I like this starter very much. It is very practical to serve at buffet receptions or at a feast table. Also it is excellent when going to the countryside or visiting friends, in case you are asked to bring something tasty ‘made by you’. At the same time it’s really fast and easy to cook but shshshshs! Don’t tell anyone!
Ingredients:
- Armenian pita – 1/2 or 1 pc (depending on the size you manage to find);
- Cold smoke salmon – 300 g;
- Fresh flavorless cheese – 300 g;
- Dill – a bunch.
You may choose the fish to your taste – any red fish will suit: trout or salmon… You may take salt but smoke fish will create the fine taste.
