Homemade ears with cinnamon
This is another fast recipe. Ears with cinnamon and sugar are well-known to all. You can buy them in any shop. However, it’s nicer to cook ourselves, right? And also it is very easy and fast.
Ingredients:
- Unleavened laminated dough – 250 g;
- Brown sugar – 3 tbsp;
- Cinnamon – 2 tbsp;
- Butter – 50 g.
Step 1
Slightly roll out the dough.
Step 2
Sprinkle it with two table spoons of sugar. I sprinkle sugar from the spoon with one hand and spread it over with the other hand.
Step 3
Top with cinnamon. Be careful and do not spread over. And top with another spoon of sugar to put cinnamon down.
Step 4
Mark carefully for yourself the middle of the dough alongside. Then fold in the edge of the dough along the long side.
Step 5
Roll it out until the middle.
Step 6
Roll out the second roll from the other side towards the first one.
Step 7
Then cut carefully “ears” 1 cm thick.
Step 8
Put ‘ears’ on the baking pan coated with baking paper within a distance from each other.
Melt the butter and grease the ears. Put into the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 9
Look like they are expanding.
Step 10
Slightly cool down and take out from the baking pan.
