Season Dishes at Moscafe Restaurant

Chef of Moscafe Alexey Semenov offers to try a few dishes cooked of summer seasonal products.

Strawberry and raspberry salad is served with slices of watermelon which are marinated soya sauce with mint leaves, tabasco and spicy Worcester (420 rubles). Saguday starter is made by Alexey Semenov of northern fish muksun (660 rubles). Fresh caught fish is marinated for a few minutes with lemon juice and red pepper and served in the can with a flavour of alder steam and crispy croutons. There is also a traditional summer starter – Mozzarella with juicy Baku tomatoes (950 rubles). 

There is another seasonal product – chanterelles. They are used to cook asparagus seasoned with Gorgonzola (670 rubles). A special attention is drawn to the poultry dishes: the real speciality is elk meat. A few hot courses are made of it. Elk ragout (1280 rubles) is definitely worth trying. It is cooked with cauliflower and served in a big golden frying pan together with fried mushrooms. 

Dishes made of summer seasonal products are available only until August.
