New Set from Vladimir Mukhin at White Rabbit Restaurant

The launch of the culinary set at White Rabbit restaurant is definitely an event!

As before, it is based on Chef’s impressions after one of his trips. This time the source of inspiration has been so close in spirit Crimea and hot south of Russia. It means mountains, seas, valleys, rivers, forests, lakes above the infinite blue sky…

The set menu includes:

Melon, duck, sheep cheese and peach water; 

Mussels with foam made of fried onion with sider jelly; 

Mini-sandwiches with fried chanterelles on honey bread; 

Beef Stroganoff made of conch shell with baked parsnip and pork-bellied skin crisps; 

Sea fox with fried sorrel and young bamboo; 

Turkey with red bilberry topped with lard, potato dumplings and dandelion sauce; 

Rock crab brioche with blueberry ice-cream and Crimea prickly pear jelly; 

Watermelon strawberry.

Complements:

Rabbit cabbage with qadi pate and black currant sparkling water;  

Green pea, mild goat cheese and anise flower; 

Entre – Chinese magnolia-vine sorbet;

Crispy mini-eclairs  with apricot and gooseberry filling.

The set will cost 5500 rubles.
