Got to end of meal (which was actually quite good...) and the waitress got our bill. To our surprise we offered our credit card and sadly were informed that they didn't accept them - no mention prior and no real apology! Worst of all it was raining and had to walk to Park Cultury to get some cash..... It was an amazingly disappointing end to an evening. My wife remonstrated and all she received back from the manager was a declaration that if they had accepted credit cards it would be in the menu. What a chimp!!!! The problem as well is that, unless you are a drugs smuggler, the bill will be invariably too large to settle without a card unless you carry your cash in a wheelbarrow. An absolute tragedy made worse by a moron manager... I will be taking my business to the fine french restaurant across the road in future. |

let me intruduce my self first,i am jack,from holland and i visit moscow in march 2008 and i had a appertment on the oversite of etage, the first evening i was looking with my frend for a nice bar we did walk the hal street and we came to etage, in one worth PERFECT good service, irradiation, nice music, fine smokingpipes, well eat. again in one worth amazing,if i shoot give it a appraisal in points it wood be a 9.
if i ever come back to moscow i return there certainly |

Looking for an authentic Russian evening out - you've got it.
Fantastic selection of food and drink - check out the boar or the bear! - stay away from the Russian wine - stick to the vodka.
A night I will always remember.

Although I go to Tunnel restaurant very often but on 23rd Nov,the service was toooo bad.The waiters don't take their orders seriously.They seem to forget and unaware of the availabilty of the items ,listed in Menu card.There were many more discrepancies in their service.I won't be going there any further and would suggest regular visitors to do so. |

Your restaurant's service level is like a hell. Staff /manager are arrogant, irritating, unfriendly. Why don't you close your shop, and open a DOG's meat shop? |
