Winter Gala-Dinner with Alexander Kurenkov

As the weather changes, the menu at Chin-Chin Café has also changed. Especially for winter season Alexander Kurenkov has prepared new positions which will be presented at the gala-dinner on November 27th.

The dinner menu includes four courses – jellied beef in mustard marinade, salad with grilled vegetables with Provencal herbs, brynza, garlic and pomegranate, salmon in spicy herbs smoked on alder. Guests will be warmed up with meat rich soup with cabbage, beans and boiled potatoes. Then there is real culinary variety – baked pork marinated in adjika with wholegrain mustard and stuffed with green celery, smoked lard and garlic, chicken chop with mashed potatoes and spinach, paella with rabbit and chicken seasoned with curry and raisin. Tasting will be completed with tender dessert – chocolate mousse with berries and balsamic sauce.
Guests collected at 7:30 pm.
