Alexis Ortega Quinones, the Chef from the island of Liberty is having a tour at Old Customs Restaurant from December 24th until January 25th.
Alexis Ortega Quinones is a famous Cuban restaurateur, the Chef and TV presenter of culinary shows. He’s been keen on cooking since he was 8 y.o. He is the owner of catering company and a restaurant chain, the author of 8 books. In 2009 he was officially awarded by International Association of Culinary Professionals.
The restaurant carries out a number of master-classes where under the guidance of Alexis Ortega Quinones you will have a chance to disclose secrets of the Cuban cuisine and also to cook dishes for your family and friends.
