Salmon Time At Da Albertone Restaurant

The Chef of Da Albertone Restaurant offers to try author’s dishes made of salmon.

The special menu includes salmon cake with tomatoes and its tender taste will be marked by steamed potatoes dressed with arugula, peas, capers and olives; there are also pancakes stuffed with house-smoked salmon and served with Béchamel sauce, tomato sauce, cep mushrooms, Philadelphia cheese and peas.  

For Italian classic connoisseurs Luca Pellino cooks real Italian pizza Caprese on thin dough with Mozzarella cheese, Philadelphia cheese, tomato sauce, arugula, basil, peas and fresh Mozzarella cheese.

Risotto chapter has been enriched with a remarkable new dish with excellent saffron aroma and house sausages accompanied with cep mushrooms, Philadelphia cheese, Parmesan and peas. 

As a main course, the Chef recommends tender veal rolls with prosciutto cotto, cream truffle and Philadelphia cheese served with mashed potatoes.
