Villa Ayu-Dag Restaurant welcomes the spring with new original offers. The new menu from Nikolay Porfirov has been available since March 6th – 70% of performed courses have been renewed. Beginning from March 8th, all guests may participate in Live Trout Festival: live trout selected by guests is caught in the fountain and stewed, grilled, smoked or cooked on the hot rock as per guests’ choice.
