Spring Dinner with Alexander Kurenkov at Chin Chin Cafe

Chef Alexander Kurenkov is opening a spring season performing new gastronomic specialties at Chin Chin Café Restaurant. The spring menu will be presented at dinner on February 26th.

The guests will have a chance to try new dishes and speak in person with the Chef at dinner. 

The dinner menu includes:

Ruccola with dried tomatoes, lychee and smoked salmon, 

Salad with quinoa and shrimps, Салат из киноа с креветками 

Salad with spring vegetables and scalding chicken, 

Hot soup with ginger, lemongrass, noodles and chicken, 

Scalding pork with Jasmine rice and curry sauce, 

Chicken on wok with tomato-garlic sauce, 

Steamed Chilean sea bass cutlets with grilled vegetables, 

Soba noodles with Chinese mushrooms and beef, 

Udon noodles with shrimps and vegetables in teriyaki sauce. 

The guests are expected by 7.30 pm. 

Dinner will cost 3000 rubles per person.
