This spring seignior Fabrizio Fattucci, Chef of GUSTO restaurant, has prepared something very original and unexpected for the guests –new dishes have appeared in the GUSTO menu.

Usual for Russia products combined with Italian are served in special interpretation and as a result of this there is an excellent gastronomic experiment called Italian Fusion. As a starter, there are Chilean sea bass cheeks with artichokes and sauce with pecorino and black truffle; then goes Parmentier made of smoked leek and potatoes with octopus tentacles for the first course; then comes duck breast with garlic sauce, cherry and baby leek for the second course; and for a dessert, there is excellent spring “flower” with chocolate shortcake and Melissa cheesecake.
