Just before May holidays the team of the Bierstube Restaurant offered the guests an absolutely new menu with new appetizers, new dishes, new desserts and new beer.
Keeping the best, restaurant cooks have added a few new positions such as potato croquettes with smoked salmon, baked pork in beer sauce, home classic dessert Black Forest.
Bierstube brewing master Alexander Samylin has been brewing spring light ale styled after popular Belgian wheat beer Blanche. Being brewed of soft wheat with coriander and orange zest, the ale has a soft sweetish flavour.
