Spring Menu at Jamie’s Italian Restaurant

Chef Matteo Lai cooked incredibly rich soup with seafood (890 rubles) for the restaurant guests, also the best salad with salmon where marinated in beetroot salmon perfectly matches with celery, fennel and orange (590 rubles). Of course, you can’t help enjoying the new dish in pastas’ menu – tagliolini with wild truffle (490 rubles).  

This is a spring menu at Jamie’s Italian Restaurant:

Best salad with salmon – 590 rubles: marinated in beetroot salmon, fennel, celery and orange dressed with yogurt;  

Russian salad from Jamie – 320 rubles: boiled vegetables with Mortadella sausage and homemade mayonnaise; 

Caesar with chicken – 390 rubles: classic salad with farm’s chicken and homemade cream-lemon sauce; 

Baked cod – 690 rubles: with bruschetta, caponata vegetables and pumpkin, pine nuts and raisins; 

Vitello tonato – 420 rubles: veal with tuna and capers sauce; 

Tagliolini with wild truffle 245/490: fresh black truffle, butter and Parmesan with cream sauce; 

Soup with seafood – 890 rubles: nice fresh squid, shrimps, vongole mussels with tomato paste, fresh basil and crispy chiabatta.
