There is a new menu at Marseillaise restaurant by the arrival of the Indian summer and it will help you to forget about the autumn blues.
Dietarians think stewed and baked dishes are the healthiest in autumn and roasted or spicy dishes are better to exclude from the menu. Chef of Marseillaise restaurant recommends to try young beetroot baked with herbs accompanied with soft cheese dressed with Vinaigrette sauce and pine nuts. The exotic course Ostrich lockets is a real pearl of the menu: dietetic ostrich meat is served topped with sweet cranberry sauce accompanied with dried tomatoes and baked pineapple.
