Vegetables and fruits, dairy products, meat, including quails and rabbits are supplied now directly from the farms to the restaurant. 

You can find buckwheat cannelloni stuffed with eggplants, zucchini, Ricotta cheese with pine nuts and chanterelle sauce, Quail with red cabbage leaf in honey-wine sauce and Salad with rabbit and cherry tomatoes, kohlrabi cabbage and Demi-glace sauce.    Antonio advises to pay attention to Terrine with tomatoes and Ubriache mousse – it is a light starter cooked of juicy farmer’s tomatoes per traditional Italian recipe.
