There is an elegant culinary combination which will definitely be appreciated by those who prefer light airy soups, namely incredibly cold soup with blended carrots and orange with Feta cheese and balsamic vinegar.
Great experimenter in culinary Luca Pellino has designed another original option of pizza: he offers to try this dish with Philadelphia cheese, white mushrooms and Pancetta.
The menu also has a new item for those who like risotto. Luca Pellino offers to try risotto with asparagus and Pancetta.
What is worth paying a special attention in the new special menu is sea-bass fillet cooked on steam with a salad made of green beans, grilled asparagus complemented with quail eggs and black truffles sauce.
