Special Menu at Chin Chin Cafe

Brand Chef of Chin Chin Café Alexander Kurenkov created a special summer menu relevant for a hot day or cool evening.
There is scallop tartar with tobiko caviar and scallops with salsa made of celery, coriander and jalapeno pepper, salad with shrimps, avocado and lime, yogurt soup with baked beetroot and nuts or soup with avocado, crab meat on ice pillow.
Saying in one word, the main characteristics of the summer menu are exotic fruits, interesting combinations and original way of serving each dish.
