dish of the Chinese cuisine is duck grated with honey and baked in a special
way. It is finely sliced before serving to the table. Duck meat and also skin
which should be crispy, thin and not fat are served with rice dumplings, young
leek, cut in sticks cucumbers and sauce. The duck is cooked as a whole with
