Different sorts of tea have been selected for introduction based not only on tea plants, but also on origin, duration and way of tea leaf oxidation, sort of tea leaf and its processing, kind of additional processing.
The Tea Carte is unique because it represents continental teas of China where traditions of tea collection and processing have been followed throughout thousands of years and also famous Indian teas both from the Chinese tea bush and Assam tea.
