Three Michelin Stars At IL Lago dei Cigni Restaurant

The IL Lago dei Cigni Restaurant has awarded an agreement on cooperating with the Swiss restaurant Benoit Violier Crissier, owning three Michelin stars.
In the beginning of
November the restaurant will perform a new list of desserts developed
specifically by the confectioner chef Cedric Millet. Mr. Cedric arrived to St. Petersburg from Switzerland and carried out a few
master-classes on the famous kitchen of the IL Lago dei Cigni Restaurant. The
next year Mr. Cedric Millet will be responsible for updates in a dessert list
at IL Lago dei Cigni.
