Tasting oysters “White pearl No 2” will take place at Old Customs restaurant on October 27th.
White pearl oysters are ‘special’ which are grown until ‘milk maturity’ keeping in pools for several months. These pools are secured and placed in the sea. The inhabitants have the same lifestyle as in the wild nature but they are kept away from dangers and stresses – sea flesh eaters, storms and other weather caprices.
