Today’s Specials From Luca Pellino at Da Albertoni Restaurant

Chef Luca Pellino will perform a new line of author’s dishes following traditional Italian recipes. Fancy and unexpected surprises from gourmets are waiting for you in the new Today’s Specials.

The spectacular aromatic autumn new dish is regular risotto with pumpkin, prawns and arugula. There are also tender house ravioli cooked per author’s recipe with ricotta filling. 

Those who like real pizza will appreciate unusual combination of pizza alla Genovese taste with beans, pesto sauce, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese. 

Those who prefer meat temptations may enjoy beef tenderloin and fresh green peppercorn served with green beans.  

As an alternative, fish connoisseurs may have salmon in crispy panko batter served with lettuce leaves, spinach and mint & sour cream sauce. 

For a dessert Luca Pellino recommends cupcake with house ice-cream and whipped cream.
