Buzara Soup At Porto Maltese

Milos Kostic, brand-chef of fish restaurants chain Porto Maltese, recommends special soup of shellfish Buzara as the seasonal offer in December. This is classic course of the Serbian and Montenegrin cuisines.
The soup is based on seafood: mussels, vongole, shrimps, scallop. It also contains dry white wine, vegetables and spices. The soup is available in two options – white and red. Buzara is better to eat hot with fresh cake bread. A glass of white wine is excellent complement for this dish.
