The project ‘Culinary Performances from Culinary Artists’ is starting this autumn at Staraya Tamozhnya Restaurant. During this special festival the guests will have a chance to try authentic cuisine of different regions in the world
The project ‘Culinary Performances from Culinary Artists’ is starting this autumn at Staraya Tamozhnya Restaurant. During this special festival the guests will have a chance to try authentic cuisine of different regions in the world. Dishes of various national cuisines will be cooked by specially invited Chefs from regions and the guests of Staraya Tamozhnya Restaurant will be offered to get introduced with those gastronomic traditions.
From September 15th: Pan-Asiatic weeks with Chef Surosak and Chef Thana Fuangprayoon.
From October 15th: Australian weeks with Chef Peter Wright and his assistant.
From November 15th: South African weeks with Chef Pirton and his assistant.
