The dishes from the best French resorts are served at the restaurant every month. June is performed by menu from Biarritz, a place where royal persons and presidents come to have rest. It includes smelt on onion Sable toast sevred with Chilean tamarillo and mozzarella mousse.
Cod escalopes marinated in miso is served with Bok Choy cabbage, shiitake and soya sprouts sauce.
Musk duck Magret is served with tomato marmalade and 5 spices sauce.
There is also lemon cake in golden caramel.
