In September guests of the Italian Restaurant IL Lago dei Cigni will have a chance to try fancy dishes from the seasonal offer developed by the chef Vincenzo Verdosha.
This is a season of cep mushrooms at IL Lago dei
Cigni:
- Fresh cep mushrooms carpaccio with olive
oil and Parmesan
- Beef carpaccio with fried cep mushrooms
- Poached egg with cep mushrooms and truffle
aroma.
These are new dishes from September menu:
- Young beetroot carpaccio with goat
cheese
- Soup with young carrots, mussels and
dill seeds
- Royal chinook salmon with broccoli puree
and ricotta
- Black Sea turbot with bottarga and white
wine sauce and parsley oil
- Norman lamb (fillet stewed in red wine)
with green beans
- Quail with green peas puree and tomatoes
For those who love sweets the IL Lago dei
Cigni Restaurant offers two new desserts in September: cream dessert with basil
chips & strawberry sauce and chocolate peony with rose & lychee mousse.
