The new menu with cep mushrooms dishes as the central element, cooked in accordance with French culinary traditions keeping the natural taste of this local product will be available at miX in St. Petersburg, the restaurant of the world famous Chef Alain Ducasse. The guests will have a chance to try vegetable salad with cep mushrooms, cream-soup made of cep mushrooms with crayfish tails, Arborio risotto with artichokes and cep mushrooms, fried veal sirloin with cep mushrooms and ham.
