Beryozki Café invites to try veal sadj with vegetables – a dish soaked with aromatic steam and hot fire.
Sadj is a very tasty dish of the Azerbaijani cuisine. A special heated frying pan called just as the dish – sadj – is needed to cook it. The dish is made of any tender meat and selected vegetables. All is arranged in a special order and roasted on fire.
