The special offer from Chef of Holst Maslo restaurant is dedicated to the Russian cuisine. The winter set is called Russian Trend.
These are some dishes: Russian salad with salty char, spinach leaves and pike caviar;
Duck stewed with pumpkin in cream and baked in buckwheat bread;
Pancakes with mutton, buckwheat and young pears topped with sour cream sauce and cilantro;
Stewed beef tongue with sauerkraut and beetroot horseradish;
Hot hopped tea with home sea-buckthorn or cherry liquor.
