Chef of Tea & Coffee House Rubai Casun Amanda Ganegoda presents three kinds of Sri Lanka Rolls.
Just to remember that real experts and travelers may try authentic dishes of the island per special order. For guests not prepared for hot spices there are a few adapted dishes cooked with spices brought from the equator.
Roll with tuna and sardine is fried in oil with spices: cinnamon, green hot pepper, curry leaf! Also very tasty are battered Chicken rolls deep fried and nice Egg & fish rolls squares! These dishes are served between lunch and dinner on the island.
