The countryside restaurant offers such dishes in its special menu as spinach leaves in truffle dressing with chanterelles and homemade cheese, beef tongue stewed with chanterelles in cream & nut sauce, beef medallions glazed in chanterelles sauce with Dorblu cheese and young potatoes with chanterelles.
The city Legran Restaurant offers to try interesting combinations among which there is a salad with chanterelles, tongue and black currants, spelt wheat with chanterelles and sorrel sauce and also cappuccino made of chanterelles.
