Schengen Restaurant Launches Breakfasts and Updates Menu

The main restaurant menu has also undergone significant changes. Along with positions introduced in the end of May the new culinary Schengen offer includes light and original salad with Israeli couscous, lentil, raisins and pumpkin sauce which might be interesting for vegetarians. A special attention deserves salad with goat cheese, apples, celery and dried tomatoes. 

The summer has given the idea for new soup – now in the menu there is sorrel soup with grilled beef and poached egg. Cauliflower cream-soup with ham and Dorblu cheese will be appreciated by consistent connoisseurs of the French cuisine. For sure, they won’t set aside stewed duck leg with mashed potatoes and orange sauce cooked per confit technology.
