MEAT HEAD Restaurant: Chef Jerome Nutile Culinary Tour

French Chef Jerome Nutile will be having a culinary tour at MEAT HEAD restaurant on January 22nd-26th.
The owner of two Michelin stars and one of the most prestigious titles in the world Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2011 (The Best Maestro of France 2011) will represent the guests both traditional and new winter dishes from his Le Castellas restaurant.
The menu will include various dishes such as:
Lobster tartar with raviolis with pineapple, coriander and vanilla;
Crab cannelloni with wild salmon and black (sturgeon) caviar;
Lentil cream soup with foie gras, smoked duck breast and hazelnut;
Roe tartar with mache lettuce, Corinthian grapes and black (sturgeon) caviar;
Sea bass with cauliflower cream, Hollandaise sauce and lemon emulsion;
Veal sirloin marinated and prepared per French traditions with artichokes, cep mushrooms and foie gras;
Tartlet with piedmont-praline and truffle ice-cream.
