The new menu of Gayot restaurant will make happy the guests who prefer haute cuisine.

There is a special recommendation from the restaurant Chef of such positions in the menu as:  

Trout Carpaccio with scallop, 380 rubles;

Salad with hot smoked salmon, crab meat and yogurt sauce, 450 rubles; 

Province fish soup with seafood, 510 rubles;

Consommé with ravioli stuffed with spinach, 380 rubles; 

Sea bass fillet fried with avocado tartar, warm salad with spinach leaves and Beurre-noisette herbs, 550 rubles;

Beef tournedo fillet fillet with smoked onion cream, young vegetables and mulled wine sauce, 620 rubles;

Strawberry soup with champagne, 280 rubles.
