Ivan Kravets has been interested in Asian cuisine for 10 years and keeps improving his skills. Until recent time his career developed in Moscow where he participated in culinary shows on TV many times.
Nowadays Petersburg may evaluate young Chef’s professionalism as the restaurant presents special menu consisting of six positions created by Ivan. Among them there is chicken salad with grapefruit dressed with Garam Masala, spring rolls with Phildelphia cheese and shrimps, such soups as Malaysian Tom Yam with seafood, Vietnamese Pho Bo, crispy sea bass fillet with two kinds of different but well-balanced sauces – yogurt wasabi and garlic chili sauce. For a dessert there is Sicilian Panna Cotta in author’s execution which is Chef’s challenge to the modern confectionery art. Dishes will cost from 260 to 540 rubles.
