Chef of Da Albertone restaurant and Luca Pellino presents a new weekly set.

For connoisseurs of real Italian pasta there are homemade ravioli stuffed with ricotta, served with champignons  and black truffle sauce, based on demi glace and cream, complemented with pecorino chips and there is also rigatoni pasta with homemade sauce made of tomatoes and eggplants topped with baked scamorza and mozzarella cheese.  

Pizza is as much popular in Russia as in sunny Italy. Who can sustain in front of pizza cooked per all standards such as thin dough, crispy crust and tender filling made of cream-cheese, Philadelphia, pancetta and red onion. 

Sea cuisine connoisseurs will like salmon in crispy batter Panko served with lettuce leaves, spinach and mint & sour cream sauce) or deep fried squid rings served with arugula leaves and spicy sauce. 

In the summer heat Chef recommends light and fresh yogurt cake for those who life sweets.
