It’s not possible to deny the obvious fact anymore: the autumn has arrived completely and entirely. Apparently, the time for special seasonal menu has come together with it. Arka restaurant has launched the season of mushroom and pumpkin dishes.
It’s not possible to deny the obvious fact anymore: the autumn has arrived completely and entirely. Apparently, the time for special seasonal menu has come together with it. Arka restaurant has launched the season of mushroom and pumpkin dishes.
Pumpkin menu consists of four dishes: salad with baked pumpkin, pumpkin cream-soup, couscous with pumpkin and pumpkin cheesecake.
The mushroom menu consists of three dishes: salad with forest mushrooms and baked eggplants, open lasagna with cep mushrooms, chopped Angus beef cutlet with forest mushrooms and violet potatoes as a side dish.
