The new culinary sequel from PMI bar Chef Ivan Berezutskiy id dedicated to regions of Russia. There are totally 6 sets and each of them is unique in terms of products, mood and tradition of the region.

Set #1. North-West.
For the dishes included into the set Ivan Berezutskiy sel ected typical products from different districts of North-West: here is crab from Murmansk, White Sea mussels, beef fr om Pskov and various herbs and berries.
The plates handmade by Ivan together with painter Maria Sofronova have been an important element. Each plate is unique and has prints of North-West herbs.
The new North-West set is reversion to sources, attention to details and the unique mark of everything handmade by the Chef.
The menu includes:
Elk Pastirma with cranberry mayonnaise;
Murmansk crab with wild herbs and smelt caviar;
White Sea mussels with laminaria sticks;
Tiramisu with turkey;
Cod with cauliflower and homemade cheese;
Reindeer, millet, chokeberry;
Murmansk ruff with parsnip;
Pskov beef with celery and dumplings with tails;
Elder sorbet with sorrel sauce;
Land of Karelia.
It will cost 5000 rubles.
