On 16th October the Chef of Villa Mary Vladislav Korpusov will be having a culinary tour at PMI bar, one of the most popular restaurants in St. Petersburg, deserving the guests’ attention thanks to the author’s cuisine, non-standard wine carte and summer terrace.
On 23rd October the boutique-hotel Villa Mary, situated on the coastline Viimsi, Estonia, famous for not only its unique ambiance but also as a restaurant of the modern Estonian cuisine, will be accepting the Chef of PMI bar Ivan Berezutskiy.
Ivan Berezutskiy is one of the leading Chefs in St. Petersburg, specializing on contemporary Russian cuisine. He seeks for forgotten recipes, herbs, products and what is more important – new tastes to regularly surprise the guests.
In Estonia he will introduce the set that includes forgotten Russian products.
