“Real Pan-Asiatic and Japanese cuisines will never be out of fashion – this is classic”, says chef of PARADISE Restaurant Taras Zhemelko, who worked at the famous Nobu restaurant in London under the guidance of famous chef and restaurateur Nobuyuki Matsukhisa.

Besides that, Taras Zhemelko worked at Michelin Lindsey House, opened Kai restaurant at Swissotel Krasnye Holmy in Moscow, had an experience with demanding audience from Barvikha at Opium restaurant in Moscow.
A classic set of Pan-Asiatic dishes are offered by Taras at PARADISE restaurant: rolls, dim-sums, wok-dishes, Peking duck, Tom Yam etc. There are also some original recipes: e.g., rolls with king crab with mint which gives them a piquant flavor. An interesting detail is that all dishes are served on palm-tree leaves.
