Taste Reflection at PMI Bar
Chef Ivan Berezutskiy and sommelier Yulia Khaibullina decided to recreate the wine taste as it is. Common efforts have been the base of eno-gastronomic set.
Familiar aromas, astringency and wine tones sound in each of five courses. All are based on local products.
So, Sancerre is readable in scallop Carpaccio with black currant leaves, grapefruit drops and green paprika. The combination of quince and sea-buckthorn as well as kvass granita draw a Chardonnay bouquet. Merlino taste is reflected in bright combination of crowberry, liqueur cherry and dark chocolate.
The set will cost 5800 rubles.
Each dish is accompanied with wine.
