The Restaurant of Haute Cuisine Old Customs presents a unique collection of giant Sakhalin oysters caught in the natural sea environment on 25 meters depth.
You can taste:
Sakhalin oyster;
Busse lagoon oyster;
Soloviev oyster
and also:
Giant mussels;
Sakhalin giant clams;
Sea country almond;
Bering trumpetfish.
The permanent manager and sommelier of the restaurant Anthony William Gyre will introduce you to fine tasting combinations of oysters and wine carrying out comparison degustation of wines from Bordeaux, Bourgogne and Valle de la Loire.
