Chef Fabrizio Fatucci will teach to cook classic Italian dishes during cooking classes at Viva Italia and will disclose the secrets of real pizza on special master-class where each participant will cook at least 3 pizzas!
Besides, there are more master-classes organized – not only on Italian cuisine but on sophisticated French cuisine as well.
Together with Alexander Denisov we will cook Nicoise salad with tuna, classic onion soup and tender creme-brulee dessert during the unique master-class “Slightly more and to Provence”.
All who love pastries are welcome on October 29th to a warm and cozy master-class where we’ll cook tea cupcake, French biscuits with salt and curd-apple cake!
