Freemans invites to taste the updated menu. Beginning from October, the new menu has been available at Freeman’s and it is based on brave and bright combinations from Dmitry Blinov.

Fresh cep mushrooms and truffles, duck and tender fois-gras – all this is a starting point for original recipes and experiments from the Chef.
Among new items there is a vegetable salad with anchovies and capers, tender fois-gras with aromatic truffle, healthy cuttlefish with airy Bisque sauce, duck tartar with fresh cep mushrooms, sea bass with ginger and mellow pear. As always, the Chef of Freeman’s is very professional to combine creativity and cooking, finds the new zest in products combinations, which is so close to the free style of the restaurant.
