New Chef at James Cook Pub&Café Restaurant
Redaktor, 28 October 2015
After 15 years which is a huge period for the restaurant, James Cook Pub&Café invited a new chef – Dmitry Komarov, the ex sous-chef of well-known PMI Bar.
The new chef is a big fan of
understandable food (not simple but understandable), where each taste can be
separately felt. Dmitry works with local products suppliers and believes they
have as high quality as foreign analogues.
Another important part of further development of the restaurant is believed by the chef to be an eco-topic both in products and in things used for serving.
The new menu from Dmitry Komarov will start in James Cook pubs on Shvedskiy lane, 2 and Kamennoostrovskiy pr. 24. InNovember.
