New Menu at Gusto Restaurant – Best of 5 Years!

On 17th October Gusto restaurant will celebrate a 5-years anniversary and the new menu has been dedicated to this remarkable event! This time, Fabrizio Fatucci team remembers all dishes which used to be hits over past years, what the guests adored and returned back for again and again.

They include famous Roman rabbit with artichokes – a favourite dish of Italian capital citizens, classic soup with seafood – the same as you might have tried when having rest on the Mediterranean coastline and classic dessert in original Chef’s interpretation: camomile Panna Cotta.
Besides, the menu has a significantly greater variety of pasta. It’s home-made garganelli, fettuccini with forest mushrooms and ravioli with Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and anchovies, spaghetti Carbonara per traditional recipe!
Among desserts there is unique White chocolate ball with red berries tartar, mango and chili – the most recent Fabrizio Fatucci’s masterpiece. This delightful dessert has a perfect balance of sour and sweet, fancy combination of hot and cold, berries and fruit sauce.
