The chef of Da Albertone Restaurant Luca Pellino has prepared a list of bright, tasty and memorable dishes.
For instance, he is a master
in cooking salmon brought from the Fiords using a cold smoking method and
serving it with zucchini dumplings and homemade cream cheese and herbal sauce.
He has added handmade ravioli with fresh truffle flavour and ricotta filling to the chapter of homemade pasta.
Da Albertone Restaurant has managed to organise deliveries of the best farm products such as veal, lamb and chicken. For meat-on-fire eaters we recommend to try juicy farm veal or lamb or pork barbecue.
